My trip to Madison Wisconsin

Hello everybody!

Let me tell you all what a great time I had visiting Madison this past week. Great people everywhere and great cheese!

I was able to meet with many alumni from Colorado State and share in their stories about the great experiences they had at CSU. I always enjoy hearing from alumni and hope to learn from them how to make CSU better.

In addition, I was able to visit with a special group of donors to CSU, the blue chip donors. Blue chip donors are a group of alumni and friends of the university that have given annually to CSU for each of the past 10 years or longer. What a special and proud group they were! In total they were 129 blue chip members in the Madison area. It is always a privilege to hear from the blue chips and listen to what made CSU a special place for them. I hope to make it back to Madison in the near future and look forward to keeping in touch with all donors in Wisconsin.

If you are interested in giving to CSU and working on your way to becoming a blue chip donor, please visit www.plannedgiving.colostate.edu and learn more about the office of Gift Planning.

My next blue chip trip will be this summer to Austin, TX and I can only hope it is half as much fun as my trip to Madison!

Thanks for visiting my blog and I look forward to hearing from you all in the future!
