Hello everybody!
What a great time of year we are entering now, warm weather and summer is upon us. It’s also that time of year where we all gather to honor a special college or department here at Colorado State University at the annual Frontier Society Luncheon.
The Frontier Society is a special club of CSU donors who give $1,870 annually to CSU. Each and every member is invited to celebrate the University at the annual Frontier Society Luncheon featuring guest speakers, a special presentation and of course, a free lunch!
This years Frontier Society Luncheon will highlight the Department of Home Economics and their history over the past 115 years. The event will be held at the Fort Collins Country on May 27th at 11 a.m.
Last year’s event was an outstanding success and we look to continue that this year. I was the closing speaker at last year’s event and apparently did a good enough job to earn that role once again this year and I am excited to have the opportunity to address a great group of donors.
If you would like to learn more about the Frontier Society and how you can donate to CSU, please visit us at www.plannedgiving.colostate.edu/frontiersociety.
Thanks for visiting my blog and I look forward to hearing from you all in the future!
Bill Sheets, Vice President
